People.com is reporting that the “Today Show” on NBC will have three days of "The Twilight Saga: New Moon." Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner will all be appearing on the morning show, though not all at once. Beginning November 18th with Robert Pattinson, November 19th with Kristen Stewart, and ending the day the film comes out, November 20th with Taylor Lautner.
I have a few thoughts. I think back to last year when K.Stew and R.Patz were on the “Today Show.” Meredith Vieira interviewed them and took them out on the plaza to have some audience members ask them questions. I hope Meredith knows this time around that would be a very bad idea. Unless she wants to be trampled to death by a pack of raging 15-year-old girls. (I don't know why I'm picking on the 15 year olds, it's not like I wouldn't kill Meredith Vieira myself for a chance to touch... wait, no, I must not admit that.)
Another memory this story sparks is when last year Meredith got Robert Pattinson’s name WRONG. Yes, she called him Robert Patterson. Whoops. I bet ya a hundy she gets his name right this time. And my last thought is wondering if Robert, Kristen, or Taylor will get to do the weather with Al. Regardless of all the above I know I'll be setting my DVR. I watch the “Today Show” every morning but now I have something more to envy than just Natalie Morales's astonishingly gorgeous hair.
Check out last year’s “Today Show” footage of K.Stew and R.Patz:
